Software Update then checks for new software. If you chose System Preferences, click Software Update in the window. But yes, Office 2016, 2019 and 365 will not import a 2008 Entourage database. It's either that, or the subscription version Office 365. It has been replaced by Office 2019 as the newest one-time cost perpetual license. Just deleted the whole suite, back to Office 2004, which is slow but it does work. If you do upgrade, there's no reason to purchase Office 2016. Plus, when the new version of office Mac should come out. Plus depending on the subscription you get you can install on up to 5 units, Mac's, PC's, iPad, iPhone (or Microsoft's tablet Surface/Surface Pro), in any combination. This may be fixed in the non-corporate version to be released soon, but as it is, without the easy coloring of fonts without going to the format drop-down menu, I cannot consider buying a personal copy, as I need that function for quick editing. Holding the cursor over the blank window will show the "hint" description of the color you are hovering over (of course I can't see the color, and "accent 1" is soooo helpful. I get a completely blank window when I click on the Font Color icon in either the Toolbar or the Ribbon (same icon, different location).
